Commentary
Krishna concludes the teaching on the two paths with a practical instruction: remain established in yoga at all times. Shankaracharya explains that knowledge of these paths removes the delusion about post-mortem destinations, and constant yoga practice ensures one travels the path of no return. The emphasis is on perpetual spiritual vigilance.
