ये तु सर्वाणि कर्माणि मयि सन्न्यस्य मत्पराः | अनन्येनैव योगेन मां ध्यायन्त उपासते ||६||

ye tu sarvāṇi karmāṇi mayi sannyasya mat-parāḥ | ananyenaiva yogena māṁ dhyāyanta upāsate ||6||

Translation

Commentary
This verse begins the description of the bhakta's practice: complete dedication of all actions (karma-sannyāsa) combined with exclusive meditation. Ramanuja sees this as the essence of prapatti (self-surrender). The word 'ananyena' (without deviation) echoes the ananya-bhakti praised in Chapter 9.
