Commentary

Krishna instructs Arjuna to make God the center of all thought and action. Shankaracharya explains buddhi-yoga as the constant awareness that all actions belong to God, not to the ego. Ramanuja interprets this as the practice of offering every thought, word, and deed to the Lord, maintaining unbroken remembrance throughout all activities.
