मन्यसे यदि तच्छक्यं मया द्रष्टुमिति प्रभो | योगेश्वर ततो मे त्वं दर्शयात्मानमव्ययम् ||४||

Transliteration (IAST)

manyase yadi tac chakyaṁ mayā draṣṭum iti prabho | yogeśvara tato me tvaṁ darśayātmānam avyayam ||4||

Translation

If You think it is possible for me to see it, O Lord, O Lord of Yoga, then show me Your imperishable Self.

Commentary

Arjuna's humility is evident in 'manyase yadi' - he defers to Krishna's judgment about whether he is capable of receiving this vision. Shankaracharya observes that the address 'yogeśvara' acknowledges Krishna as the master of all supernatural powers, who alone can grant such divine sight.
