Translation
Whatever being is glorious, prosperous, or powerful, know that to spring from but a fraction of My splendor.
Commentary
This verse provides the universal key to recognizing divine vibhuti: wherever one sees glory (vibhuti), prosperity (sri), or power (urja), one should understand it as a partial manifestation of Krishna's infinite splendor. The word 'amsa' (fraction) is crucial - even the greatest worldly magnificence represents only a fragment of divine glory. Shankaracharya explains this as the practical application of the teaching: the devotee can now see God in all excellence without needing an exhaustive list.
