नान्तोनस्ति मम दिव्यानां विभूतीनां परन्तप | एष तूद्देशतः प्रोक्तो विभूतेर्विस्तरो मया ||४०||

nanto 'sti mama divyanam vibhutinam parantapa | esa tuddesatah prokto vibhuter vistaro maya ||40||

Translation
There is no end to My divine manifestations, O Parantapa. What I have declared is only an indication of the extent of My infinite glories.
Commentary
Krishna explicitly states that the preceding enumeration is merely representative - a fraction of His infinite vibhutis. The word 'uddesatah' (by way of indication) confirms that the list is pedagogical, not exhaustive. This verse prevents the devotee from limiting God to any finite catalogue. Ramanuja emphasizes that the infinite cannot be bounded by speech, and what has been shared serves only to initiate contemplation.
