Translation
Of weapons I am the thunderbolt; among cows I am Kamadhenu (the wish-fulfilling cow); of progenitors I am Kandarpa (the god of love); and among serpents I am Vasuki.
Commentary
The vajra (thunderbolt) of Indra represents irresistible divine force. Kamadhenu fulfills all desires, symbolizing divine abundance. Kandarpa (Kamadeva) as the creative impulse ensures the continuation of life. Vasuki, king of serpents, was used as the churning rope in the cosmic ocean-churning. Madhva notes these represent divine power in its various functional aspects.
