तपाम्यहमहं वर्षं निगृह्णाम्युत्सृजामि च | अमृतं चैव मृत्युश्च सदसच्चाहमर्जुन ||१९||

Translation
I give heat, I withhold and send forth rain. I am immortality and also death. I am being and non-being, O Arjuna.
Commentary
Krishna encompasses all opposites - heat and rain, immortality and death, existence and non-existence. This verse culminates the section on divine immanence by showing God transcends all dualities. He is not merely one pole of any opposition but the ground of both.
