उच्चैःश्रवसमश्वानां विद्धि माममृतोद्भवम् | ऐरावतं गजेन्द्राणां नराणां च नराधिपम् ||२७||

Translation
Among horses know Me to be Ucchaihshravas, born of the churning of nectar; among elephants I am Airavata; and among men I am the king.
Commentary
Ucchaihshravas and Airavata both emerged from the cosmic ocean-churning (samudra-manthana), representing divine origins. The king among men represents the principle of righteous governance. Ramanuja explains that Krishna identifies with whatever is most excellent because excellence itself is a reflection of divine power.
