Translation

Commentary
Krishna provides specific physical instructions for meditation posture. The seat arrangement - kusha grass on the ground, deerskin over it, and cloth on top - was the traditional yogic setup. The emphasis on cleanliness and moderate height reflects the principle of sattvic environment.
