प्रयाणकाले-at the time of death
युक्तचेतसः-with steadfast minds

Translation

Those who know Me as the governing principle of the material realm, the divine realm, and of sacrifice - they, with minds united in Me, know Me even at the time of death.

Commentary

The concluding verse introduces the concepts of adhibhuta, adhidaiva, and adhiyajna that will be elaborated in Chapter 8. Knowing God in all these dimensions ensures remembrance at death - the critical moment that determines one's next destination. This creates a natural bridge to the next chapter's teachings on the moment of death.
