na māṁ duṣkṛtino mūḍhāḥ prapadyante narādhamāḥ | māyayāpahṛtajñānā āsuraṁ bhāvamāśritāḥ ||15||

Word-by-Word Meanings

दुष्कृतिनः-evil-doers
मूढाः-the deluded
नराधमाः-lowest among men
माययापहृतज्ञानाः-whose knowledge is stolen by maya
आसुरम्-demonic
भावम्-nature

Translation

The evil-doers, the deluded, the lowest of men, whose knowledge is stolen by maya, and who partake of a demonic nature - they do not surrender unto Me.

Commentary

Krishna describes four types who fail to seek the Divine: the wicked (duskritinah), the foolish (mudhah), the degraded (naradhamah), and those whose discrimination is clouded by maya. Shankaracharya explains these represent progressive degrees of spiritual blindness caused by accumulated negative karma.
