कर्मजं बुद्धियुक्ता हि फलं त्यक्त्वा मनीषिणः। जन्मबन्धविनिर्मुक्ताः पदं गच्छन्त्यनामयम्॥

Translation
The wise, endowed with equanimity of mind, renouncing the fruits born of action, are freed from the bondage of birth and reach the state beyond all suffering.
Commentary
Krishna describes the ultimate result of karma yoga: liberation from the cycle of birth and death. By renouncing attachment to results while continuing to act, the wise achieve a state free from all suffering. This is not escapism but active engagement with life from a place of inner freedom.
