Translation
There, in the body of the God of gods, Arjuna then saw the entire universe, with its manifold divisions, all standing as one.
Commentary
Arjuna perceives the paradox of the cosmic form: the universe is simultaneously unified and differentiated within Krishna's body. Ramanuja explains this as the doctrine of 'śarīra-śarīri-bhāva' - the entire cosmos is the body of the Lord, who is its inner Self. Unity and diversity coexist in the divine.
