Translation
Then Dhananjaya, filled with wonder, his hair standing on end, bowed his head before the Lord with folded hands and spoke.
Commentary
Sanjaya describes Arjuna's physical and emotional response to the theophany. The horripilation (hṛṣṭa-romā) is a classical sign of overwhelming spiritual experience in Indian tradition. Madhva notes that Arjuna's prostration with folded hands represents the natural response of the jīva upon directly perceiving the Lord's infinite majesty.
