निमित्तानि-omens
विपरीतानि-adverse/inauspicious
केशव-O Krishna

Translation

I am unable to stand, my mind seems to reel, and I see adverse omens, O Keshava.

Commentary

Arjuna's inability to stand represents the collapse of his entire worldview. The 'adverse omens' he perceives reflect his psychological state projected onto the external world. His reeling mind foreshadows the need for the mental discipline Krishna will teach.
